1. Scope of Terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of elevatoX websites, quotation channels, sample requests, technical consultation, and product purchases. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. Quotes and Orders
- All quotes are based on the project details provided by the customer.
- Any change in dimensions, quantities, voltage standards, delivery destination, or configuration may result in price and lead-time updates.
- Purchase orders are considered confirmed after both commercial terms and technical scope are accepted in writing.
- Sample kits may have separate pricing and logistics conditions.
3. Technical Responsibility
elevatoX provides product specifications, installation guidance, and wiring recommendations. Final project suitability remains dependent on site conditions, local codes, installer capability, and compatibility of third-party components.
4. Installation and Warranty Conditions
- Installation must follow the latest elevatoX handbook and approved procedures.
- Improper installation, unsuitable sealant, or unauthorized modification may void warranty.
- Environmental exposure outside recommended operating ranges may affect performance and coverage.
- Warranty scope covers manufacturing defects under normal and compliant use, subject to inspection.
5. Shipping, Risk, and Acceptance
Delivery terms and risk transfer are governed by the agreed trade terms on the relevant order documents. The customer must inspect goods upon arrival and report visible transport damage promptly.
Claims submitted after project installation or after unreasonable delay may be rejected if evidence is insufficient.
6. Intellectual Property
All technical documents, drawings, visuals, trademarks, and written materials on this site are owned by elevatoX or licensed to elevatoX. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, elevatoX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including business interruption, lost profits, or reputational loss arising from use of products or services.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific goods or services directly giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by applicable commercial laws under the jurisdiction agreed in your contract documentation. Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before escalation.
